FAQ

u

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch on a Tuesday, so you’ll receive your orders before the weekend

u

Do you delivery all over the country?

Yes, we do. We use Fastway couriers who delivery all over Ireland

u

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we do. Under country/ region, click on United Kingdom, then fill in your address and postcode.

u

How many plants fix in a box?

This depends on the time of the year. During the winter we can fit 12 + into a box. During the summer when the plants are growing, we can fit 8 plants in a box. Shipping is a standard rate of €17.00.

u

My plants arrived and they have been cut back?

We cut back plants to fit properly in the box. The great thing about herbaceous is that they grow back quickly and are stronger when they do. For some varieties it encourages more flowers.

u

I placed my order on a Tuesday when will it be dispatched?

Orders placed after 12pm on Monday won’t be dispatched until the following Tuesday. This is to stop the plants sitting in boxes over the weekend.

u

If my box is dispatched on a Tuesday, will I get it the same day?

No, once the boxes are collected from the Nursery by Fastway they go to their depot and then dispatched from there. Once Fastway collect them from us, you will be issued with a tracking number to track your own parcels.

u

My box arrived and the plants look dry, are they died?

No there not dead, they are just thirsty after their long journey. A drink of water and they will be good as new

u

My box arrived and the plants were on their sides and a bit squashed, they look damaged.

Don’t worry to fit the plants in the box we place them on their sides, this is to keep down delivery costs. The plants are perfectly fine as herbaceous are quite resilient it would take a lot more than being squashed to kill them. If they are left out of the box for a day or two before planting, they be stand back up.
