Phlomis russeliana

A distinctive architectural perennial with soft, heart-shaped, grey-green leaves and strong upright stems carrying tiered whorls of pale yellow, hooded flowers. Even after flowering, the striking seed heads remain attractive, adding structure and winter interest to the garden.
